Freebord began in 1998 in a small one car garage in the Mission District in San Francisco.  The early years were pretty tough…we sold about 100 boards the first year.  Eight years later we’ve moved into a warehouse and we’re selling more boards, but we’re working at the same thing…keeping people riding all year.
